INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Greek Yoghurt

1 tbsp honey/ maple syrup

Fruits of choice (chopped)

1/2 cup Monsoon Harvest Toasted Millet Muesli 

 

METHOD:

- In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and honey until fully combined. 

- Pour the yoghurt on a tray with parchment paper and spread it on the surface. 

- Top with the chopped fruits and add muesli to the yoghurt base. 

- Freeze over night or for 6 hours. 

- Remove from the refrigerator, cut into pieces and enjoy!
